hello friends!
Last week Will and I hopped over to Berlin to record most of the brass parts on my debut album with my great friend Rainer Süßmilch.
I’ve known Rainer for a long time now, and we’ve sung together many times, and I’ve always hoped to include him, and his brother Karsten on my record.
Recording went really well, working in the day, watching the snow fall outside. The amount there made what we’ve had in England look pretty pitiful, and it was quite amazing to watch the frozen Spree chugging huge lumps of ice along past museum island, creaking and crunching along the way.
